Booking and Payment
Reservations
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified during the booking process.
- Customers will receive a booking confirmation via email upon successful payment.
Payment Methods
- Payments can be made through secure online gateways, bank transfers, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
- Any additional bank charges or transaction fees will be borne by the customer.

Price Changes
- Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, tax revisions, or supplier adjustments.
- Any increase in government taxes, airline fuel surcharges, or visa fees will be passed on to the customer.
Cancellations and Refunds

- Certain services, such as visa fees, insurance, and government taxes, are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 45 business days , subject to applicable deductions and third-party policies.
Customer Obligations
Accurate Information
- Customers must provide correct and complete information during booking, including names as per passport, contact details, and special requests.
- Travflix Tours is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
Travel Documents & Compliance
- Customers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, permits, and vaccinations required for travel.
- Failure to comply with immigration and customs regulations may result in denied boarding or entry, for which Travflix Tours holds no liability.
Service Limitations
- Travflix Tours acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.).
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbookings, or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, weather conditions, political events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Changes in itinerary due to operational issues may occur, and alternative arrangements will be provided where possible.
Service Limitations
- Travflix Tours is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss of property, natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events that may affect travel.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
Intellectual Property
- All website content, including text, images, and branding materials, is the intellectual property of Travflix Tours and is protected under copyright law.
- Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as per applicable legal frameworks.
