Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Darjeeling

- Pick up at Bagdogra Airport. Transfer to Darjeeling (7100ft / 98 kms / 03hrs).
- Arrive & Check in Hotel. Evening free for leisure.
- Evening free for Shopping or visit Mall Road (Chow Rasta by walk).
- Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 2: Darjeeling City Tour
- Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (at around at 4am) to morning view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather & availability of token, if not possible at the time of sunrise, then it will be covered in daytime) on your way back visit Batasia Loop & Ghoom Monastery. After Breakfast city tour of Darjeeling visit Padmaja Naidu Himalaya Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, (Closed on Thursday), Happy Valley Tea Estate, Tenzing Rock & Gombu Rock & Tibetan Refugee Self – Help Center (Closed on Sunday).
- Evening free for leisure.
- Overnight at Hotel.
- Option For Joy Ride By Toy Train.
- One can enjoy Joy ride by Himalayan Heritage Toy Train for 2hrs. (Joy ride is in different slots as per timing and tickets availability by paying supplement cost between Rs.1300/-Diesel Engine Per Person & Rs. 1800/- Steam Engine including broker charges per person along with vehicle halting charge Rs.1500 Approx.).
Day 3: Darjeeling – Gangtok
- After breakfast, transfer to Pakyong (4600 ft / 100 kms / 04 hrs).
- Arrive and check in at hotel.
- Overnight at Hotel.
Day 4: Tshomgo Lake ,baba Mandir Excursions & Nathulla Pass

- Morning after breakfast at around 08.00 to 08:30 proceed for Tshomgo Lake 54kms / 03 hrs. (A Beautiful Lake which is situated at the Height of 13,200 ft With an Average depth of 50 ft perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. From Dec to Mid-April it is covered by snow & surrounded by mountains which are snow covered nearly throughout the year) and Baba Mandir. While returning back one can stop at famous MG Marg for Shopping or loiter. Drive back to Pakyong.
- Night stay at Pakyong hotel/Resort.
Nathulla Indo-china Border- One can opt for Nathulla excursion (14140 Ft / 4310 Mts / 20 Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshomgo Lake) Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshomgo Lake) is an Indo China border, controlled by the Indian Army & is situated approx 20 Kms ahead of Tshomgo Lake at an height of 14140 Ft / 4310. The journey to Nathulla & Baba Mandir is same up to 16 Kms. At this point the right arm of the “V” which is 4 Kms takes one to Baba Mandir & left arm of the “V” which is 4 Kms takes one to Nathulla.
- Nathulla Organising the permit at the last moment is not possible & a clear window of 72 Hrs with proper documents is required to process the permit. Nathulla permit gets confirmed a day prior OR on the day of journey (depending on the working of the permit issuing office) & it is subjected to permit availability as it is allotted as per lottery. Nathulla is closed on Monday.
- Since, Nathulla, Tsomgo lake and Baba Mandir is a restricted areas any time army can seal for security reasons. In such cases, alternate sightseeing will be arranged
Day 5: Gangtok Departure
- After breakfast leave Pakyong and proceed towards –Bagdogra Airport (111Kms /4hrs) for your onward journey.
